Zerxus (“we”, “us”) is operated from Ontario, Canada, and respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it, consistent with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address, used to create and access your account.
- Fitness information you provide: your goals, experience, equipment, training preferences, body metrics you choose to enter, and the workouts you log.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Technical information: basic data needed to operate the Service securely, such as session information.
How we use your information
- To create your personalized programs and coaching responses.
- To operate, maintain, and secure your account and the Service.
- To process your subscription and payments.
- To communicate with you about your account, including sending sign-in links.
AI processing
To generate programs and coaching responses, relevant information you provide (such as your goals, equipment, and workout context) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it to produce responses. We send only what is needed for this purpose. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models for unrelated purposes.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run Zerxus — currently our hosting provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and our AI provider (Anthropic) — and only to the extent needed to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data storage and security
Your information is stored on secured servers. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no system is completely secure. Some service providers may process data outside Canada (for example, in the United States), where different laws may apply.
Your choices and rights
- You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
- You may close your account at any time; we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
- You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
Children
Zerxus is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
