The AI plan gives you the full AI coach — programs, pocket-trainer chat, tracking, and history. AI + Coach adds a real human trainer who reviews your plan and leaves personalized suggestions.
Is the trainer review automatic?
On the AI + Coach plan, yes — our trainers review your program and you can request adjustments. The AI plan is fully self-serve.
How do I get access after paying?
After checkout you’ll get an email with a secure sign-in link shortly. No password to remember.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel — your access runs to the end of the billing period.
